Clinical background and credentials
After 25 years as a clinical counselor, hypnotherapist, and somatic practitioner, teaching yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and the vital link between food and mood, I bring a grounded embodied clinical foundation to our work.I've shifted my focus toward now-center work where patterns, stories, and archetypes meet the body. I combine my clinical background with archetypal and hypnotherapy-informed work—more human, less system.

Reason for transition to archetypal work
While pain can be deeply personal, its patterns are ancient. We are walking archetypes, and sometimes the best way to find our light is to stop trying to “fix” ourselves and start understanding the myth we are living in.For too long, we’ve been told to transcend the ego, to shrink it, or to fear it. From others, as well as from my own journey through physical and spiritual upheaval, I’ve been taught otherwise. The ego is the heart when our light is held. It is the part of us that survives so that the soul can speak.
What clients gain (skills, practices accessible beyond therapy)
As an archetypal guide, I don't help you “fix” your story. I help you see it as a living, unfolding beauty of the patterns you are walking through, and how to use your own ego as a steady hand to guide yourself home. You gain clarity around recurring patterns, reconnect with a deeper sense of direction, and master practical inner skills that extend far beyond traditional therapy. I help you recognize the patterns you're living, use your own inner resources, and create lasting change through embodied practice and self-regulation.
Hypnotherapy and non-clinical inner-work are offered here. This is not psychotherapy and does not include diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.
